Terms of Service

These terms govern AmySEO's technical SEO audits, consulting engagements, and the client workspace at amyseo.com/portal, provided by Amy Branstetter ("AmySEO," "we"). By purchasing a service or using the client workspace, you agree to these terms.

AmySEO provides technical SEO audits, content strategy, search reporting, and related consulting services as described on amyseo.com. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for an engagement are those agreed at purchase or in the kickoff questionnaire.

Delivering an audit requires crawl access to your site. Connecting Google Search Console and/or Google Analytics is optional but recommended - it powers the live Reporting dashboard, and the more of the two you connect, the more complete that dashboard is. You're responsible for granting the access needed for the specific deliverables you've purchased and keeping it current - work may be delayed if required access is missing or revoked.

Engagements are typically billed as a deposit due at kickoff and a final payment due on delivery, processed securely through Stripe. Payment terms specific to your engagement are confirmed at purchase. Invoices and receipts are available in your client workspace.

SEO involves factors outside AmySEO's control - search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and how (or whether) recommendations get implemented. AmySEO does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. Deliverables are professional recommendations and analysis, not a guarantee of results.

You retain full ownership of your website, content, and business data. AmySEO retains ownership of its own audit methodology, report templates, and internal tools - purchasing an audit gives you a license to use the deliverables for your own business, not to resell or redistribute AmySEO's underlying methodology or templates.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an engagement, reach out as soon as possible - refund eligibility depends on how much work has already been completed at the time of cancellation. Deposits covering work already performed are generally non-refundable; specifics for your engagement can be confirmed by contacting Amy directly.

Your workspace account is for your business's use. Keep your login credentials secure - you're responsible for activity under your account. AmySEO may suspend access to protect the security of the platform or other clients' data.

AmySEO's services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, AmySEO isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of its services or the client workspace, including changes in search rankings or traffic.

If these terms change in a meaningful way, the "last updated" date above will be revised and, for active clients, noted in the workspace.
